It is usually the foam, not the fabric

People assume worn dinette cushions are a fabric problem. Nine times out of ten it is the foam. RVs are built to a weight budget, so the factory foam is often low density and flattens within a couple of seasons. You can put gorgeous new fabric over dead foam and it will still feel terrible.
