Laurel sits quietly between Nokomis and Venice, close to the Intracoastal and Curry Creek, keeping the old-Florida feel that first drew people here. Boats and outdoor living shape a lot of our work, and we build it to take the coastal weather.
It is a small, established community with well-loved homes, so we also do a steady stream of furniture: a family sofa, a set of dining chairs, a chair that has been in the family for years. We recover them by hand to last another generation.
